Dreams misplaced
Eroded lost loves
Carved hollow sandstone towers
like discarded castles once held high

Time scours away revealing memory
awakening our hero’s heart
Set free it’s avian might
and ignite the phoenix of desire

Ride to victory
echoing dreamer’s song for glory
Gather spirit in new beginnings
turning every stone
Consecrate your sacred ground
Cleanse hopes through purified waters
and set beacons at the highest peaks

Dreamer is alive
Eye’s wide open
breathing fire
bellowing your name

This is who you are

for all persons present in our life,

when our blinders are removed, the face of love we will see,
when our barriers are taken down, the hand of love we will hold.

in life at any moment in time, some believe we have this to choose...

to remove and take down,
or to keep on and keep up.

today i discovered the Truth...

in time, there is no choice -
our choice we made when we chose to live this life.

to continue to believe we have this choice,
is to choose suffering, guilt and pain.

to surrender to the Truth that the choice has already been made,
is to be free from guilt and free to love as Destiny divined.

laurieattwood Do not stand at my grave and weep... 1 Feb 9 2009, 5:13 PM EST by laurieattwood

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
For I am not in there. I do not sleep.
I have awakened, into the light.
My essence is present, throughout your life.

If you seek me, go inside,
And let your heart, be your guide.
As you walk your path, be not afraid.
I am by your side, each and every day.

To see me, just take a pause.
To hear me, quiet the noise.
To feel me, simply hold out your hand.
When you do these together, you will understand -

That I live in peace, within all things,
My voice, the chorus of all who sing.
So grieve not, dear friends, for I am here,
Where I shall remain, always near.

Now rejoice with me in the life I lived,
And celebrate all that I did give,
And receive, in return, for it is much -
The gifts of all whose lives were touched.

Do not stand at my grave and cry,
For I am awake, and remain by your side.
